Changsha Masung Meeting
In the afternoon of 25th September 2024 near the end of the day, Changsha Masung convened all departments and production backbone staff to hold an impromptu meeting in the rest area on the fifth floor of the R & D building, which was presided over by the chairman Mr. Chen Bin himself and conveyed an important message in the meeting, which emphasised the fact that the era of all-employee marketing has come. In such an environment, the enterprise needs every employee to actively participate in changing the product thinking in the past, everyone should have marketing thinking. No matter the front-end pre-sales technical service department, or after-sales service department, or even the operators on the production and assembly line, all of them can devote themselves to the business of Masung with positive marketing thinking. We can really take the initiative to find and solve problems, instead of just relying on a few people to drive the change.
If the enterprise wants to develop steadily, we have to let the person who creates the problem give way; let the person who finds the problem supervise; let the person who complains about the problem dismount; let the person who solves the problem rise; let the person who delays the problem leave! Shenzhen Masung adopts the ‘de-leading’ management mode, while Changsha Masung is exactly the opposite, must lead the management mode. The platform of Masung is the same for everyone, but there are different results orientated for different people. We hope that every Masung can implement and execute better:
