As the first step in our Custom Kiosk Services, we work closely with clients to define comprehensive design criteria based on established engineering workflows. After the concept design is finalized, we proceed with detailed mechanical engineering, producing a complete set of technical drawings and specifications. Comprehensive design reviews are conducted to verify that all functional, structural, and regulatory requirements are fully met.

Once the design requirements are confirmed, we begin sourcing and evaluating all necessary components to ensure full compatibility with the client’s software and system architecture. Each component is carefully selected based on performance, reliability, and integration feasibility.
Before moving forward, all component specifications are submitted for client review and approval. This collaborative validation process ensures transparency and alignment, forming a solid foundation for subsequent design stages.
During the prototype phase, all components undergo “dry-fit” testing within the kiosk enclosure to verify structural integrity and compatibility. Once validated, we proceed with surface finishing processes such as painting and graphic application, followed by full assembly of the first production unit.
Our dedicated engineering team also manages key certification processes, including UL and FCC compliance testing for internal components. By integrating certification into our Custom Kiosk Services, we help clients significantly reduce approval timelines and accelerate market readiness.
Following component approval, our engineering team develops initial concept designs and layout models for the kiosk structure. These visual and structural concepts are used to validate internal component placement, optimize space utilization, and achieve the desired external aesthetics.
