The UV Card Printing Kiosk is an integrated self-service solution for on-demand card printing, personalization, and data encoding. Combining UV Card Printing with a flexible digital workflow, it allows users to create customized cards through a mobile device or PC.
UV Card Printing provides greater material flexibility than conventional card printers, supporting PVC, plastic, acrylic, glass, metal, ceramic, and other compatible substrates. UV-curable ink is cured by ultraviolet light, enabling fast drying and direct printing on a wide range of materials.
The system supports single-sided and double-sided printing for cards with logos, photos, QR codes, identification information, or other personalized content. It can also integrate RFID, contact/contactless chip, and magnetic stripe encoding for applications involving identification cards, smart cards, and access cards. Contactless card technologies such as ISO/IEC 14443 are widely used for proximity identification and card communication.
For different customer requirements, we provide OEM/ODM customization, including card feeding, positioning fixtures, printing configurations, encoding modules, software functions, and machine structure. Card designs can also be developed around commonly used identification-card formats such as ID-1, which is defined by ISO/IEC 7810.
